EDF Luminus re-elected Top Employer
Friday, February 13, 2015 — For the third year in a row, EDF Luminus is among the 47 companies that have been elected Top Employer. This award is granted by the Top Employers Institute and confirms EDF Luminus’s position as a preferred employer in the energy industry; in addition, EDF Luminus is the only company in the industry with this title.
The Top Employer project
The Top Employer project is organised by the Top Employers Institute. This international institute was established on the joint initiative of persons from the academic community, journalists, companies, researchers and international publishers. Its objective is to conduct an independent evaluation of and give public recognition to companies’ HR policy. To be eligible for the Top Employer label, every aspect of the HR policy is assessed against five criteria: working conditions, training and professional development, career opportunities and corporate culture. Only those companies that meet these strict criteria are awarded the Top Employer label.
